This is the first CBD bath bomb that I have tried. I have the onset of arthritis in my knees and I have lower back pain. I soaked myself in this bath bomb and I can tell you that it has definitely made a difference! I didn’t notice the effects right away but it definitely helped the next day and lasted about a week or so. I would highly recommend. The only downside is that the scent is Lavender which is not my favorite but it’s worth it.
